EXTRANOMICAL ADVENTURES |

|
Extranomical Tours is a San Francisco sightseeing company that specializes in tours for people that prefer a more personalized service. Our clientele is very independent and likes to venture to places where most tour companies do not go. Due to the small size of our groups, our tours offer a distinct traveling with friends
feel where the majority of people interact with each other and we are also able to visit locations larger vehicles do not; for example the Giant Sequoia grove on our one day Total Yosemite Experience. On our California Wine Country Tours we visit small family owned boutique wineries (too small for large buses) that produce such limited quantities that you can only buy their wine at their winery!

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Based in San Francisco, the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District operates the Golden Gate Bridge, and two public transit systems: the Golden Gate Transit buses and Golden Gate Ferry. Last year, 38 million vehicles crossed the Golden Gate Bridge and over 9 million customers rode the transit systems. The mission of the District is to provide safe and reliable operation, maintenance and enhancement of the Golden Gate Bridge and to provide transportation services, as resources allow, for customers within the U.S. Highway 101 Golden Gate Corridor. Golden Gate Transit provides regional fixed-route bus service in San Francisco, and in Marin and Sonoma counties. Bus service is also available between San Rafael in central Marin and the El Cerrito del Norte and Richmond BART Stations in western Contra Costa County. Local bus service is provided within Marin County under contract with Marin Transit. Golden Gate Ferry operates service to San Francisco from Sausalito and Larkspur.
